When choosing the Web rate or one of our packages, we require a credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. This is only to secure the booking and to protect us in case you do not show up on the day of arrival.

We do not charge anything, and payment for the entire booking is made directly at the property.

Payment and cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate selected.

At Hotel Terme Roma, we offer two different types of rates:

1) BeSafe Rate Plus: always offers the most advantageous price and includes cancellation insurance. For this type of rate, the full amount of the stay must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

It guarantees cancellation for any documented reason and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the insurance policy regulations applied at the time of booking. Find out more about the BeSafe Plus rate.

2) Web rate: this costs a little more and does not include insurance, but allows you to cancel your booking under certain conditions:

no penalty up to 7 days before the check-in date
30% penalty between 7 and 3 days before the check-in date
100% penalty up to 2 days before arrival.

This rate requires a credit card to be provided as a guarantee and payment of the full amount of the booking directly at the property. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in 3 convenient interest-free instalments using the innovative SCALAPAY payment method.

Breakfast is always included in all our rates.

When booking your stay, you can also select half board or full board, saving on the price of meals. For those who prefer to be more flexible and decide whether to have lunch or dinner once they arrive at the hotel, it is possible to book a room with breakfast included and add lunch and/or dinner directly at the hotel.

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Cartasì, Diners Club International and American Express.

On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 2 p.m., while it must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure for the Hotel Terme Roma and by 11 a.m. for the Hotel Terme Helvetia.

Yes, we offer our guests the option of staying at the hotel beyond check-out time to enjoy the swimming pools and spa from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on the day of departure, for a small additional fee.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the supplement is €60 per double room, while on weekdays the supplement is €50 per double room.

The swimming pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. without interruption, while the spa is open from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16, while access to the swimming pools is open to everyone.

Yes, wearing a swimming cap in swimming pools is compulsory for everyone.

Yes, every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 5 p.m. in the first-floor swimming pool, you can take part in free aquagym classes held by our staff.

Yes, external guests can also access the spa and swimming pools without having to stay at the hotel. We offer two types of Day Spa:

Day Spa – Full Day: includes access to the thermal pools and wellness centre for the whole day, from 11:00 to 21:00.

Monday to Thursday: £35 per person.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: £45 per person.

Yes, we have an agreement with the National Health Service.

Therefore, by presenting a referral from your GP, you can take advantage of a course of spa treatments once a year (12 mud baths and therapeutic baths, 12 therapeutic baths or 12 inhalations + 12 aerosols) paying only the prescription charge.

For hotel guests, access to the swimming pools and spa is free and included in the price.

Reservations are required for massages, mud treatments, and other treatments.

We recommend booking spa treatments and therapies when you reserve your room, to ensure greater availability of times and services.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available on request, provided you notify us before your arrival at the hotel.

Yes, both of our hotels offer our guests a new 11 kW charging station for electric cars.

Small/medium-sized dogs are welcome!

We charge an additional €12 for cleaning and sanitising the room upon departure. Dogs are not allowed in the thermal pools, spa, wellness centre or restaurant.

To ensure a relaxing stay for all our guests, we also ask that they be kept on a leash at all times in common areas and not left unattended in the room where they may cause disturbance.

Yes, we have bicycles that you can use free of charge by requesting them at reception.

Yes, at the Hotel Terme Helvetia we provide fully equipped rooms with all the necessary facilities for meetings, conferences or corporate events.

We also assist you in organising and managing your event, from decorative arrangements to buffets. On request, we can arrange light lunches, coffee breaks or corporate dinners.

The Hotel Terme Helvetia has ramps for wheelchair access and rooms with bathrooms equipped for disabled guests. The hotel has lifts, but they are small, which means that some wheelchairs may not be able to fit inside. The Hotel Terme Roma does not have ramps for wheelchair access to the building, but we do have rooms with bathrooms equipped for disabled guests.

Yes, the Hotel Terme Helvetia has a gym equipped with modern Technogym equipment. Use of the gym is free for all guests.

Upon request, we can arrange transfers to and from Venice Airport for a fee.

The nearest train station to us is Terme Euganee Abano-Montegrotto. From there, you can take a taxi or the M bus line.
